Functionality FAQs

Can Metior Hub be integrated with existing systems?

Yes, Metior Hub is designed with integration capabilities in mind. It can be integrated with your existing tools and systems, enabling a smoother transition and enhancing the overall workflow.

Can Metior Hub support branding/white labelling?

Yes, Metior Hub is very flexible. You can make the platform your own with our customisation functionality – add your own branding with company or product name; logo; module names; and colour palette. Something an off-the-shelf product can’t do. Take this to the next level with branded customised reports, new functionality or features, and new workflows.

Can data be aggregated across all clients at consultant level?

Yes, Metior Hub integrates and aggregates all client compliance tasks and activities, with dashboards and analytics.

It also provides centralised progress and compliance level oversight at management, consultant and team level through traffic lighting (RAG), dashboards, and charts, allowing you to manage, track and evidence client compliance programs.

Does Metior Hub cater for different types of users (user profiles) to ensure they only have access to what they're supposed to?

Yes, with Metior Hub you can configure module access – by individual client, at team or user level – to control which modules and functionality your clients and users have access to.

You can also assign user rights such as Executive, Administrator, Supervisor, or Individual, so that the system automatically limits access to functionality and data, segregates duties and ensures confidentiality.

Can the main page be used to display company insights e.g. blog posts, to promote brand communication?

Yes, you can add RSS feeds to the user dashboards to showcase communication and promote your brand.

How are users notified or reminded of tasks, activities or follow-up actions?

Dashboards at an aggregate and user level provide real-time, system-wide insights into the status of tasks, compliance programs and upcoming calendar events, ensuring you’re in control.

At a module level, operational dashboards alert users to the status of compliance reviews, employee submissions, and document updates so that users know what tasks they need to tackle.

Automated email notifications are sent to alert users, supervisors or teams of upcoming, overdue or completed tasks, and to notify relevant administrators and teams of system changes to users, teams or access to modules, improving communication.

What analytics is available?

Analytics is available across all modules, assisting consultants and client administrators to identify issues and implement remedial action if necessary. Selection criteria let administrators filter the data they wish to analyse, view results online, or export to Excel.

A history of any changes made to client or user profiles is also available, providing senior management with an audit of all material system changes, and peace of mind.

Can questionnaires be captured into Metior Hub?

Yes, with Metior Hub you enjoy autonomy, flexibility and control over your own questionnaires. Easily create master question lists to replace complex spreadsheets and documents. Plus build monthly, quarterly, or annual reviews based on master question lists, with updates available to clients and users immediately.

You can also:

  • Set client profile attributes e.g., Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); SEC; NFA. Automatically link client-specific questionnaires based on profiles, ensuring the right content gets to the right client.

  • Empower administrators to manage content dynamically, creating client-specific questionnaires based on profile attributes, with updates available to clients and users immediately.
