Metior Hub Sales & Support

The sales journey

Once an enquiry has been received, you will be contacted to set up a no-obligation consultation – either online or in person (location dependent). During the meeting, we’ll get to know one another and ensure Metior Hub is a good fit for your business. If it is, we follow up with a no-obligation demonstration. If this goes well, we move to:

Scoping & Proposal

We meet to scope the project. You can choose to include key members of your client, consulting and service teams. Brief us on how you’d like to use Metior Hub (modules); which market(s) you serve; the size of your client base; and your future technology plans.

Based on the information gathered, we draw up a proposal that includes:

  • The existing modules you need and any customisation (if required)
  • Any new modules required
  • Implementation and training
  • A project outline and timeframe
  • Pricing

If you accept our proposal, we move onto the last stage.

Implementation

You meet the Metior Hub team who will help you get set up: Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, Solutions & Data Architect (if customising), Developer (if customising).

We work with your subject matter experts (SMEs) to configure the modules and load your content.

Your Administrator(s) and ‘super users’ are trained to take control of your own environment.
